Banana Bread Protein Smoothie

What you need:

100ml hot milk of choice
50ml cold milk of choice (or water)
1/2 scoop Vegan
1/2 scoop Hemp Protein
1 banana
1/4 cup roughly chopped raw almonds
2 or 3 pitted organic dates
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Place all ingredients in a blender (except hot liquid) and blend on high until smooth and creamy add hot liquid and pulse carefully.

Pour into a glass with a handle and enjoy!

Use cold milk/water in replace of hot if you prefer a cold smoothie.
